Boulevard park

Descripción
A simple park that I created for decorating the space between two one-way streets. It creates a nice boulevard / park lane look. It's also useful as a space-filler. There's a pedestrian walkway between the two treebeds.

The treebeds are built in the model, but the tree is a custom tree that must be subscribed (listed as required item).
No other mods or custom things are required.

Size: 8x2
Cost: 1000
Maintenance: 100

Model: 52 tris, textures 512x256 d and n, all created by me.
Credit and thank you for the beautiful Live Oak trees to Mr Maison.

@jerb5: I admit the same thing happened to me... I designed this to be just a space-filler between one-way streets, but I tend to use them as space-fillers/decoration a bit here and there... I'll publish a 4x2 version soon!

I use this more than any of my other assets! Any place I have a road that I don't plan on zoning I just line with these. Easy and it looks great! Thank you!
