According to the recent leaks, this enemy was cut off from Half-Life 2 Beta, evidences:

Half-Life 2 Beta Bullsquid ported into Garry's Mod.

Features.

* Includes two versions, large ( x2.5 ) and small (original).
* The Collision mesh has been remade.
* Custom Normal and Specular Maps.
* Transparent teeth.
* Includes 4 animations.

Credits.

* Model and textures by Valve.
* Addition work and port by Whitehole (me).

Notes.

* I will keep updating the ragdolls to add new features and improvements.
