@Paikia I think to use it you need have those tree mods instaled, anarchy turned on and build it in the flat area. I tested it out and it worked for me. I think you will need no pilars mod too. I will add it to needed mods list.

Looks nice and potentially efficient, but I was having difficulties connecting it to my road network. I kept getting "space already occupied", as the elements are placed together very tightly. While it was obviously meant to save space, I eventually gave up on trying to work around the problems and decided not to use it. :(
