Description

The first of a series of factory assets based on the Alcoa plant in Lafayette, IN, USA. This is the first asset I've made so any feedback or advice is appreciated!

RICO enabled - level 3 generic industry providing 120 jobs. If you don't have the RICO mod, it just functions as a park.

1870 tris / 512x512 texture
LOD: 170 tris / 128x128 texture.

I'm going to have to agree with Realname. The roof is too white. It's a real shame because the asset is otherwise really nice. It sticks out like a sore thumb next to every other industrial buildings.
