System based on Interstellar - Gargantua and Pantagruel

Description
The following adds a starting system based on the detail provided by the movie Interstellar.

System includes:

Gargantua - Black Hole

Miller - Ocean Planet (uninhabitable)

Mann - Frozen Planet (there is no way to show elliptical obits in Stellaris)

Pantagruel - Neutron Star

Edmunds - Habitable Desert (Homeworld)

----------------------

This mod changes the common\solar_system_initializers folder and is incompatibile with any other mod that changes this folder

Compatibile with Version 1.2.3

IRONMAN Compatible

Just released my mod "Project Lazarus" which builds on this mod to create a species start for picking up where the Interstellar movie left off.

And maybe with some penalties to growth time and habitability via modifiers as well? Just to show off that you should really not colonise that planet, but you can still do with robots and such.

@Sorensen Maybe you could simulate Mann's low habitability by making it an arctic world and then add some new tile blockers to it that cannot be removed by any tech? That way, the planet can stay at its current size, and the tile blockers will disappear once you terraform it into something else (this would show off how the planet is made more habitable by terraforming).

@Rickter Its doable, its just with the atmosphere containing a large concetration of ammonia, the planet's habitability would be severely hampered.
