Book 9- Legendary Guards and Soldiers - High KIng of Skyrim

Description
A True High King would like a Legendary Challenge.

This mod will make the Civil War more intense.

This mod removes the level limit on all Guards and Soldiers.

All Guards and Soldiers have 120 perks with spells and shouts.

You do not have to start a new game,the mod adds the perks,spells and shouts to the guards and soldiers template.

They also have a health bonus.

All Hold Guards,all Imperial and Stormcloak Soldiers,including the civil war soldiers.

Sounds interesting but, everyone being able to shout?
It just eliminates the lore of the greybeards. I would become a guard to be able to shout if its really that easy.

I will be updating most of my mods and adding them to this serieis and adding new ones,The Jarl of Helgen is almost ready and The High Kings Enchanted Armor is almost ready,this an Epic projevt as I am playing thought the game as I post the Mods,it took me a week to get to the Warrior Standing Stone,Second week and I am still in Helgen but I have big plans for Helgen,Skyrims Iron Ore Minig Mining and trading center,The Helgen Trading Post is almost ready,and The Helgen Sleeping Dragon Inn is almost ready
