Legend of the Galactic Heroes Mod

- Fixed topbar missing leaders’ icons
- Added Council rooms backgrounds.
- Added Custom Origins for each empire.
- Increased Leader cap to 20 (as you know the series has so many characters!)
- Added Voice Introductions for each empire on game start.
- Added loading tips as quotes from the series.
- Other minor bug fixes and improvements.

- Added Portraits for the GALEMP, FPA, LIPP and NSMC
- Fixed missing localisation and random names
- Finished adding a Static Map (for now): Try it out! (With scripted hostile systems)
- Still work in progress but many new things were added. This is just a test upload but feel free to check out the new changes such as" added events (finally), resources, scripted effects, new traditions, new tech, decisions, jobs, buildings, Rosen Ritter army,Iserlhon Fortress, Artemis necklace, etc.
- For now I just added a few items of each type as I was learning how to mod many aspects. I'll later add more as I get some time. If anybody has ideas for events, techs, buildings please let me know.
