I've attached an overlay photo as .jpg. Save it as .png and if you want, you can make the web on the photo transparent. It fits to the boundaries of the map, hence you can zoom it up to fit exactly.

Personally I'm using a .png of double the size, but Steam doesn't allow me to upload. I wonder why, it's "only" 250 Mb :P
