This is an Snowfall exclusive.
Attention, this is a 1x2 overhanging building, keep in mind you need to delete the zoning on overhanging parts.

-ploppable 1x2 overhanging building, placed in the tram section
-custombuilding, model and textures done by myself
-2221 triangles (diffusemap, normalmap, specularmap, illuminationmap 1536x768 each)
-64 triangles LOD (diffusemap, normalmap, specularmap, illuminationmap 256x128 each)
-6 storys
