Hi Prosper - the Loading Mod Screen states requirement of the "Regis High Roof Ladder" which seems to be inside the Regis High School . Can you please check / fix ?

The props are not required for it to work. I skipped a few myself, as they were terribly optimized (ping pong table and wooden table set)
