Description
A Level 1 high commercial QuartierM segment
This is a building complex in the centre of Dresden (Germany). It combines Stores in the ground and 1st floor and apartments in the upper floors. Originally it was built in the 1950s during the communist era. However the style could also very well exist in the western world
I recommend you to place the houses along a straight road with flattened terrain.

This asset has a lot size of 1x4.
Every building level looks different from the one before it.

Please note that the 4x4 version of the highest level of this building set has a sub building attached to it that adds glass to the balconies.

Imprting all these assets into the game and updaten them on Steam is a very monotonous task, so if you find any issues, don't hesitate to tell them to me.

Please do read these information regarding prop and mod usage
I used some props in these buildings, however none are marked as necessary. You can subscribe to the used props all at once in the attached collection.

While these houses are growables, placing them by hand looks better due to their size. I therefore recommend you to use the Ploppable RICO Mod or Plop the Growables
The assets are optimized to be used with these mods and so all have a small icon in their thumbnails.
To save your PC's resources I recommend using the Loading Screen Mod. All the buildings share the same textures - the Loading Screen Mod will load them only once instead of multiple times.
