Welcome to Suburbia, USA!

This collection features homes in typical suburban areas in the United States, mostly in the north east.

Every building has Diffuse, Color, Alpha, Specular and Illumination Maps.
Every Building has an LOD with an LOD version of the textures
Every Lot has been optimized with Prop Randomizer to provide Maximum Variety.

Lot sizes expand backyard, (1x1 to 1x2, 1x3 and 1x4)
Buildings with deeper sizes as a base (1x3) have front yards.
Mix and match lot sizes to get the aesthetic you want!

First Set Released!

Houses are based on Simcity 2013, and homes around the North East United States.

Plans:

Level 1: Trailers, Shacks, Shotgun Houses
Level 2: Base Level Homes, Upgraded Level 1 Buildings, small colonial homes.
Level 3: Larger Colonial Homes
Level 4: Expanded Level 3, modern suburban
Level 5: Mansions
