The mod is 7 years old, I am not sure if it still works. Try out SneakyKhajiit's way

There is the newer version of the mod, still out of development though.

Step 1 find where your downloaded mods are stored.
Step 2 cilck on this mod then left click properties
Step 3 open mod.info (open it with notepad)
Step 4 change the MinGameVersion to this "3.115" and the MaxGamVersion to this MaxGameVersion "3.262.1"
Step 5 click save
Step 6 close it
Step 7 start your game up and see if it worked
