Helsingborg Central Station

This is a train station with 4 underground tracks. The underground train station tracks are provided by Extra Train Station Tracks ( ETST ).

I recommend that you use a mod such as Traffic++ or Multi-Track Station Enabler if you want to use both platforms.

I also recommend that you place this station on a relatively flat area, since wierd things happens to tracks conected to the station platforms when the station is placed on relatively steep slopes.

Another issue with the underground station tracks is that when you connect a train track tunnel to a station platform, then the track will go up to the surface and then back down underground before connecting to the station platform. This issue is solved by placing a short piece of track (~2 cells long) out from the underground station tracks and then building the rest of the tunnel as usual from this track.

This asset has been modeled after the central station of Helsingborg, 'Knutpunkten'. However, the model is somewhat simplified compared to the real building in order to fit the model within the default maximum grid sizes allowed by the game (15x9 cells or 120x72m). This means that the ferry terminal and the bus terminals from the real building have not been modeled.
