It's not from SFM, reupload from garrysmod.org. Model create Bloocobalt, author of "Enhanced Citizens" you know. Most props have bodygroups and some skins (example First Aid Kit have skins of Ammo Kit and Defib kit). Textures included in addon, so you not need install Left 4 Dead 2 content.

Also not forget about Advanced Bone Tool\Joint Tool, models have bones (1-5)
