he just added lights and as shroomblaze pointed out, this building is really "heavy" on your pc-performance.

I will say great job on this model. Looks great, I actually like the use of lights too. I am sorry though, I can't subscribe because it's 56,111 Triangles. I mean the lod is actually great size imo for 696 triangles. Maybe you can make a low res version of the model that is under 15k triangles? Best if it was below 10k though. Thanks I rated it up and favorite it.

I also want to mention that you lod is backwards and the building flips 180 degrees, may want to fix that.
