Description
From BoardGameGeek[boardgamegeek.com]:
HeroQuest is Milton Bradley's approach to a Dungeons & Dragons-style adventure game. One player acts as game master, revealing the maze-like dungeon piecemeal as the players wander. Up to four other players take on a character (wizard, elf, dwarf, or barbarian) and venture forth into dungeons on fantasy quests. Plastic miniatures and 3-D furniture make this game very approachable. Expansions were also released for this system.

The HeroQuest series consists of the main game and a number of expansions.

This game was made in cooperation with Games Workshop who designed the miniatures and helped in many of the production details including background world and art in the rule book and scenario book.

UPDATE: The mod is being updated and while I work on it I will be updating this description. I apologize if anything listed here does not match up for now.

NOTE: Please see the change notes for updates.

Thanks and Contributions
This is a combination of several HeroQuest mods to give players all the resources needed to start playing the 1980 board game HeroQuest. Over time I've added my own resources, but I plan to keep the original mods linked that have helped in the creation of this mod. Many thanks to everyone in the HeroQuest community for keeping the game going strong.

Rules and maps for HeroQuest are available here:

List of mods in use (if I miss any please let me know)

HeroQuest (NA Version) by Karmond was the base used for this mod. Most of the individual components have been replaced at this point, but it was still the springboard. Other figures come from the following mods:

I'd love to give proper credit to the creators of any of my assets used, please let me know if you are the original creator so I can update the description.

Enjoy and please feel free to leave feedback, comments, and suggestions.

Suggested Quest Order:
If you plan to combine all the expansions from both US and UK (and maybe mix in some more for story) here's a suggested order from the YeOldeInn forums:
"The Maze"
The Main Game System (starting w/ "The Trial")
Kellar's Keep
Return of the Witch Lord
"Plague of Zombies"
Against the Ogre Horde
"Inn of Chaos"
Wizards of Zargon
"A Growl of Thunder"
"Running the Gauntlet"
BQP: The Frozen Horror
"Revenge of the Weather-Man"
EQP: Mage in the Mirror
Dark Company
"The Halls of Durrag-Dol"
"The Eyes of Chaos"

The Agin's Inn Contestant Quests
Return of the Witch Queen
Eve of Chaos
Vengeance for Vengeance

Probably more of drathe's Quests
Then, Nicodemus' Quests.

I'll be honest, your best bet is to find one of the other mods for HQ. I should really just take this down as I haven't maintained it in some time. There's plenty of better ones on the Workshop.

Looks like dropbox may be having a problem. I still suggest people check out https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=924003788 as they've done a lot of work to getting everything Heroquest in one spot.

Is there a manual or tutorial on how the whole master map creation works, with the setup, place and recall buttons?

To specifically answer your question Douga71, you just have to run TTS. If you're subed then it downloads the mods automatically. Just start a single/multiplayer game and load the mod from your games list. If you join another player's game, it loads automatically.

I think you already found it, but for everyone else, I highly suggest the HQ mod found here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=924003788 It's got a lot more features and missing bits. :)
