Avec un logiciel de modélisation 3D (Blender, 3DS Max, Sketchup ou n'importe quel éditeur qui peut exporter des modèles au format fbx) En gros, tu modélise ton bâtiment, tu le texture, et tu l'importe dans le jeu.
C'est assez compliqué de détailler tout dans un commentaire. Mais si tu cherches des tutos sur Google tu devrais trouver. (Ce sera plus facile si t'es à l'aise en anglais)
