Galveston Island from Stewart Beach to the end of south Seawall BLVD to Diamond Beach. ALL connections and plenty of places for piers. There is room to build and Pelican Island has all the resources. One water source was added to help with the gulf stream, water mainly flows from west to east and north to south. Gulf Fwy is west connection and Goat Island is north connection(using ferry to Port Bolivar)...made up connection to the south.. est e island connections also. TESTED AND WORKS.
