UK Terraced Shops and Pubs

Description
Adds a UK low-density terraced shops and pubs theme.

**********************************************
In my quest to find out what is wrong with the first mod of this collection I've created this new one to see if it behaves any better.
**********************************************

You will find it in the 'Themes' policy tab.

This theme only contains low-density commercial buildings. Nothing will grow in residential/industrial/office/high-density zones with only this theme enabled!

Subscribe to my other building themes to fine tune each district by mixing themes.

Dependencies

This mod does not contain the building models! Subscribe to Macwelshman's collection to get the required assets:

Of course, the Building Themes core mod is also required:

Don't forget to upvote those who create the assets used in this theme! Without these assets, this theme would not have been possible!

I found a small problem with the Theme which is the UK Corner Pubs seem to have been updated and what the theme references looks like an old version and thinks they are missing (I have clicked on the steam icon in theme manager for the missing ones and it shows that they are installed.

Removing the old reference and adding the new ones seems to fix the problem though.

I'm a big fan of this mod, really impressive work! However, is there any clue as to why I have so many Sainsbury's Local shops? Are you collecting nectar points on each one? :)

Will this be turned into District Styles?

Ok no worries, I'm sure it will eventually be made easier to edit the levels of buildings in the editor, maybe even in-game. At some point. Thanks for your great mods!

Then all you need IF you want immediate level 3 or level 5 buildings is to make those the only ones in the custom theme.

At the moment I chose my building I want to be somewhere (say a level 4 building) and I have to include a "pathway" of levels of buildings to get to the one I want. Because I'm having to level them up and they haven't grown yet I lose track of what I am putting where as I can't see them yet. If that makes sense.

It may be possible, but it's out of my knowledge area I'm afraid.

Thanks for replying. I know that's how it is, but I was wondering if it is it possible to use a mod to force the lowest level available in the theme to grow, even if it's not level 1? It might not be an appropriate addition to this mod, I'm just wondering if it's possible?

I'd really like to be able to change the level of some of my buildings, so that they are level 1 not level 3 etc, but I can't figure out an easy way to do that, so I figure that forcing the lowest building in a theme would be the easiest way, if it's possible,

As far as I understand it, level 1 needs to grow first. A theme with just level 3's would not grow.

Is there any way to force buildings to grow without the previous level being satisfied?

For example, it would be great if I could create a theme which contains buildings which are level 3 but no buildings for level 2 or level 1, and have the game force the lowest level of buildings in the theme to grow, even without the previous levels being satisfied. That would make controlling what goes where easier for me. If that makes sense.
