EDIT: Found why this was resetting all the time. It would appear Cities Skylines capped the trash capacity on vehicles to 65535. I tried editing it to 60'000 using the in-game asset editor and it fixed the issue. Maybe reduce amount of carts from 4 to 2, and set nuber to 60k instead?

This is an amazing mod. There's just the ONE bug that's a bit game breaking.
They will soak-up garbage as designed until their load hits 59%. Then all their load reset to ZERO. Meaning they never return to the incinerator or Garbage dumps to store the trash.

If the mod author could fix that tiny glitch this would be the best thing ever.
