School parking lot Right

Description
A parking lot that is designed to used together with the left side, but can of course be used alone. Looks best on a completely flat surface!

It has several parking spaces, and a center place for bikes. People will also gather at certain places like in a normal park. The combined width is 13 which is the same as many schools, so it fits together perfectly.

I wanted to make something unique, and for that I need dependencies. The max props ingame doesn't help either to keep the dependencies down. And its not like the dependencies are not used in other assets ;) They are actually pretty common.

Way too many dependecies. Some of these are turning into Simcity 4
