To be honest, I'm not 100% quite sure what this was supposed to be as a "class" or "category". I think it fits a lot of purposes to round out an area or a specialty section of your city. Great for near an airport, military base, or plopped in the middle of an industrial hub or cargo center.

Make this what you want it to be - an airport hangar? A vehicle depot? I'm not sure really, it's up to you!

This model fits well in an industrial setting and a road is pre-laid in the middle of the asset so that cars can use the fuel pumps. I wish I could only make "trucks" use them, but alas, any car will use the fuel pumps so it's not "truly" industrial.

The model is listed as a Police Department item and should be found there in game. The asset is ploppable and shouldn't have any real issues with placing due to the road. After good testing everything seems to be OK with that piece.

The custom model is rougly 3,206 tris and uses a 1024x1024 mostly and almost entirely hand painted diffuse texture (_d, _s, _n). I will be updating with the LOD here shortly - the autogenerated game version sux.

What else should I mention....oh....lastly the screenshots included were taken using several LUT's.

I'm going to try this with the Real Gas Station mod (which still works for me), and see what happens if I select large vehicles only. I would love to see this with petrol tankers visiting it and other trucks using it to fill up.

Out of curiosity: why did you place it under police station, instead of a unique building (you can place some unique building's more than once)?
