Really?, interesting. I will look into this (but probalby not this week, simply not much time right now). But I assume it will causing problems with the position of the building. This one is placed inside 3ds max specificly to fit a 2 by 3 lot.

The thing is that the asset would grow still grow with a backyard decorated with props, but also without if there is no space. The game just cuts off the backyard in that case. All of the vanilla assets work like that.

I really like this asset. It is a perfect gap filler. But many of those gaps are 2x2.

Mh, I dont know man, the building itself is around 12-13 Meter wide and it has a one meter gap to the street. A 2x2 would look odd, as the backjard would be like 2-3 meter wide. Maybe I do some 2x2 some day (probably a parisian stile then), but to be honest, im more a guy for 2x4 - 4x4 buildings.

I dont know if its possible in the asseteditor, as you are not the creator, but cant you just relot my building? Probalby the fastest way, if you want that 2x2 asap.

Is there a reason why this is a 2x3 building?

The building would also fit on a 2x2 footprint (without the garden)

Can you change that? The building would still grow on 2x3 plots if you change it, but it would also spawn on 2x2 without a garden.

It looks like a lot of old houses in Berlin. Therefore, they fit well in the Berlin Collection:
