Description
A simple parking lot ideal for use on it's own or tiled for a larger mall or retail parking. Works best on flat ground when placed back to back with a pedestrian path between the tree lanes.

@greenmojito AUT: Thank you. Yes, there are 52 parking bays marked on the lot but due to limits on the amount of props used i could only have 40 functional ones, i could have made it smaller and had full capacity but the size suited my purposes at the time, or maybe some cims just don't like seagulls plopping on theire cars :)

it looks cool and im using it a lot! i really recommend it and thanks! :) unfortunately citizens do not use more than 40 parking slots, they do not use those which are close to the trees /:

Nice. Can't say I really like the custom props required, but I guess good looking parking lots come at a price.
