[Defunct] Triple Relic Tweak

Marking all my Homeworld and Space Engineers mods as defunct until I can consider the game stable enough patch-wise to update them. Sorry.

Adds two relics that spawn in quick succession to the first if they're enabled in your match.
WARNING! This changes the default gametype only very slightly, but it changes it nonetheless. Usage in conjunction with other gametype mods is untested and unsupported, but please report successes/failures in the comments section, and I'll post them here.
