Compact and Efficient Highway Intersection

A 4-way intersection NOT using onramps in order to avoid the "1-lane-problem". The main idea is to divide the 3 directions (turn around, go left and right) within the intersection so the vehicles split up and use at least 2 lanes.

Use Traffic Manager for maximum efficiency by dividing the traffic (see the second picture).

This one is for flat surfaces. I made another version (without the onramps) that is more tolerant concerning slopes, which I can upload if there is demand for it. ;)

Please note: This is an older version that can't be updated because of the "elevated highway" bug in combination with the fact that I can't override this asset with a newly created one. You can find the updated version here), with added highway segments to make it easier to connect and also changed some curves to improve traffic even more. :)
