Old European Row House Low Commercial 3 level

Description
Classic European Row House, based on the real one from Saint Petersburg, Russia (Naberezhnaya reki Fontanki, 45. Typical European Row house, built in the late XIX or early XX century.

In game it is a growable 3x3 low commercial building, level 3.

Plopable version is also available.

Классический линейный дом в стиле эклектика из Санкт Петербурга (Набережная реки Фонтанки, 45). Совершенно типический дом конца XIX века или начало XX века. Двор я урезал за ненадобностью.

В игре это коммерческое здание низкой плотности 3 уровня.

Версия в виде памятника также доступна.

About commerce: it is easy. I would like to make a realistic historical center.
But I will make all of my row-houses residental. I think, 5 level low-dencity would be perfect.

About sidings: yes, this building is supposed to be in a row. But as it is often happen in Russia, there are no any other buildings on the side, it is a very common situation, fe, search on Google maps for "Moscow, astrakhanskiy pereulok, 8". It is ok
