Half Maintenance Cost

Very simple mod:
- Reduces the maintenance costs per week (roads, buildings)
- Reduces the relocation costs of buildings
>>> new costs = 50% of original


Because 50% less maintenance cost is way too much reduction, there are now some other version available.
80% or 90% version recommended.

Sry, no idea, the "mod" is a one-liner: maintenancecost = maintenancecost * 0.5
(also for relocation cost, so, yes, actually two lines... ;) )

Although it lowered the cost of maintenance, it lowered my income from taxes. Why would this happen? When I turned it off, everything went back to usually. Other than that it worked great.

The maintenace on most items, I'm OK on. It irritates me to have to pay maintenance on Rail infrastructure. The (virtual) RR companies get the revenue, but the city has to cover maintenance on new infrastructure. Unless there's something I don't understand, of course. So, what this boils down to is I would like to be able to find a way to offset the railroad right of way costs.

Yes, unmodded the rail track's upkeep is .96 per tile, with mod it's only .48 per tile.
I play the german version, so the values are in €.
