Very simple mod:
- Reduces the maintenance costs per week (roads, buildings)
- Reduces the relocation costs of buildings
>>> new costs = 50% of original


Because 50% less maintenance cost is way too much reduction, there are now some other version available.
80% or 90% version recommended.
