NY Row House by Satsuma 2x4 OBSOLETE! NOT IN SCALE!
My first building.
Made in Blender.
What else to say... Its´s a rowhouse and should fit into your own Greenwich Village!
Hope you enjoy. Please leave a comment!
3962 tris, no LOD. Mix of hd texture and drawn ones.
Will make more NY-style rowhouses for all levels.
Next time I try some Anglo- Italianate Rowhouse.

If you like i can make versions of this with a different texture.
Update: 2nd version with brickstone wall finished! (Only other textures for the door and frontwall)

It´s level 1 high dens.
I choose the high dens for it is high dens and i don´t want them to grow in suburbs. If i´m wrong just let me now.

Yes but it seem that at least the door and the hight of the floors is out of scale. Hard to fix so i decided to make new models but leave the old in the workshop.
