-3x4 lot
-High density Shop Level 1 (If you want to let this building stay for longer, there is a level 5 low density version of this)
-around 600 triangles
-reduced details
-custom LOD, custom LOD texture

I really like the way you made it High Density Lv 1 and Low Density Lvl 5. Nice work! Also looks fantastic

These don't seem to be spawning in game. All of your other buildings are for me, just not this one and the other high density version of this.
