Growable means that it can grow on its own in the appropriate zone, in this case as level 3 low density commercial. Non-growable in contrast are buildings like uniques or the services that have to be placed manually.

What does the "growable" mean? I've seen it but I don't know what it means..

Can I just say that you're doing divine work with all the brutalist Architecture you're doing. I've been waiting for a steam sale to get this game, but this stuff you do is really tempting me to get it before that. Keep up the good work! :D
