Description
A map for Cities: Skylines. It's an atoll. Enjoy and feel free to request adjustments! Note: lots of water. Hard mode!

There is a difference between a vulcanic island and an atoll.
While vulcanic rising and subsiding can help to seed atolls, they are actually formed over very long periods of time by coral.
The clue to an atoll's origin can be found just by looking at the sand. A vulcanic beach will be very dark, almost black. White sandy beaches comes from coral ;)

@mitchbandes: This looks exactly like an atoll. It's a crater or vulcanically formed island in the sea. It's not at all uncommon for there to be an island in the middle of the atoll.
