Report a translation problem
Only thought I have is that some connections are too close causing the jams. The only connection that was made on this map above is the North/South to South/West(triangle shape), which i admit is a close connection.
The harbor issue has somehow solved on its own, but thanks for the help.
Also the rail line just south of the starting zone pinched inbetween I-90, unfortantly there is a section missing which will require you to get the 81 tiles mod to reach the problem.
You can turn on the mod, fix it, save city, then turn off the mod and return to your city. This will mark your saved game restricting achievements tho.
For the harbors I will look into... I have not run into problems myself with the harbor(tourist) yet on this map. Although I have not used the Cargo Harbor... And I think this might be what you mean. Have you tried mutiple locations? Or could it be a certain shoreline?
