As a part for my mod collection, to create your own designed beaches. This asset features a Umbrella with a playground.

You have to download HxD, open your mod with it, press ctrl+f and look for this line: m_placementmode.., click on the first dot after the word and on the numbers on the left side type 03. Hope it helped. :)

how did you do this, to pop it everywhere?
