NecGrid Mark III - Starter Piece - Pedestrian Friendly City Grid

This is my third city grid to date, which includes a slightly different technique used to get crosswalks on the roads where you need them most. This city grid will allow pedestrians to walk to their destination by walking the majority of time (if you give them walkways).

This is easily done by using the road swap technique: every time we need a cross walk, simply change the road style you're using (basic and tree roads).

This Start Piece goes first for a new expansion, then you stack the "Addon" piece after that. Templates are silly like this right now.
