Works as a very high radius police station with zero electricity consumptiuon, but very high water requirement. Also employs quite a few people.

@manuprieto901: It doesnt really have any exterior lighting in HL2, but maybe I could add something... I'll have to look into that though, I'm not entirely sure what updating it involves. I'm guessing I would have to buy After Dark first?

When the Citadel is on high alert, the side of it folds open to release flockes of scanner bots and stuff. We dont seem to be able to make animated buildings so I just went with the 2 states as separate buildings.

Not sure what you mean by "the original creator"? You mean the other version of it made by someone else? Yeah I can make a big version of it though it starts to mess with the terrain around it when you build roads, thats also why I had to drop the cables.

can you make a 30x30 version of it please, the original creater doesn't seem to want to make a real size version of it which really sucks!
