Description

Historical town house used as Level 2 commercial building. The buildings don't tile absolutely perfectly due to some LOD issues.

It's an updated version, changes from the original are :
- Added normal bump to roof
- Fixed texture
- Fixed LOD
- Slightly beautified :)

Do you need a DLC to subscribe to the file and use it. Have subscribed but can't find it in game..

Why is a "house" commercial and not residential? They look like residences to me?

I intend to make a ploppable. I'm considering it to be slightly nearer the road as well as wider, so that it tiles better. But it might cause the sides to be paler at specific distance(when model changes to the lod model). I'm also not sure what template to choose. Park templates don't seem to work well, miniature police station might be an option.
