33bits GTM Office [level VI]

This is an original building i made for my community (33 Bits) and my main magazine (Games Tribune Magazine), both from Spain. It's an original model for Cities Skylines, some kind of modern and fantastic and taller than most buildings ingame.

Characteristics:

- Unique building level VI (must unlock level VI buildings). Ploppable.
- Height: 154 m
- Plot size: 8x8 cells
- Capacities and costs: same as level VI building 'Sea-and-Sky Scraper'. You need to build same buildings as needed to unlock this building! Note: this building DON'T replace 'Sea-and-Sky Scraper', i only used it as a template
- No extra colors
- Polycount: 2970 triangles. I did as possible with LOD, but it's a very difficult model to make low poly as 100 tris. Anyway, it's much better than Unity 4.x auto-LOD.
