Tired of paying $$$ for a littlest parks and having to plop some extremaly expensive and huge buildings to attract tourists? You would play without being short with cash if possible, but you like steam achievements too, do you?
So - this little bad-ass is for you! Look - it's a bush!

But - it isn't an ordinary bush - it's magical bush, that can solve some problems and make your dream to happen! It has literally no costs at all, with awesome singe tile size you can build it everywhere you want and it is definetely sooo cute :3

It makes your citizens in whole town (500000 of range) absolutely happy (the actual happiness is 500000) and attract tourists of all wealth (also with 500000 rates), though it seems to be buggy or something and tourist visit rate increases a tiny bit after quite long time (say, few in-game months). Costs nothing, providing any vital resouces unneeded, no pollution or other harrasment to the earth and air. You can now turn off other (costly) parks away, start to generating REAL profit, as masses of japan tour buses will flash your city with their cameras! And of course still enjoy the rest of "financial mini-game" and your sweet sweet steam achievements, as you don't use an actual mod :)

NOTE: This building will probably cause your game pretty easy and unecessary to manage population's happiness aspect of it (especially if multiple "City Helpers" has been built), so use as alternative for "unlimited money" mod if you want just to sit and do stuff with much more ease. Definetely not to be used otherwise.
My advice is to plop this one if u need fast cash, than you can turn off some/all other parks and stuff for a time being and maybe even increase taxes a little. Speed up time to full and hear that sweet sweet ka-ching, ka-ching, ka-ching, ka-ching... And in any time you want you can just delete "City Helper" and rollback to previos state of mind with some extra cash to have fun with :)
