Updated values so tourists do not visit it.

This version will overwrite the old one since they have the same name!

these parking lots are a nice mod that i use in every city. they look good in any commerce area, and are nice to just fill in space so that electricity can connect.

Hi,
As user for a very long time, may I suggest one thing ? It would be great if this parking does not appear enlightened, together with parks and plazas in the main window when the leisure/parks & plazas window is opened.
