EduWorks - Population

This mod allows you to customize your school’s population by letting you decide what percentage of students, teachers, and staff are generated as male or female. This means that you can now easily create a school that is all-male or all-female.

You can also adjust how many males are gay and how many females are lesbian, giving you finer control over how relationships form in your school.



1: Subscribe to both EduWorks - Core and EduWorks - Mod UI

2: Subscribe to this mod.

3: When you start the game, in the main menu, click on the "Mod Collection" option.

4: Find all three mods; Core, Mod UI, Population, and enable all three of them by clicking the "Turn On" button next to each.

5: Press F10 to open the mod menu and change the settings to your preferences.

6: Click the Save button to apply your settings. You can now dismiss the mod menu by pressing F10 again.
Your settings will kick in as soon as you hit save, and newly generated characters will adhere to the settings immediately even if you're already in-game. Just make sure your game is paused while you're doing this as a precaution. And of course, already generated characters will not be affected in any way.



With the new update to this mod, the settings are now fairly self-explanatory. But in case you like to read...

- % of Characters will be Female -
Controls the ratio of Male to Female characters. For example, if you set it to 100%, then all newly generated characters will be Female. At 0% you'd have all newly generated characters be Male.

- % of Males to be Gay -
The chance for a Male character to be Gay. Because sometimes it takes a real man to be best girl.

- % of Females will be Lesbians -
The chance for a Female character to be a Lesbian. Because who doesn't like girls???

- Reset -
Believe it or not, clicking this Resets all the settings to the game's defaults. So generated characters will have an equal chance to be Male or Female, and relationships will all be heterosexual.


As of October 10th, 2025, this mod now REQUIRES [EduWorks - Core] and [EduWorks - Mod UI]. This mod will no longer provide a standalone version and so both of those MUST be enabled in your game for this mod to do its patching.
