Europa Universalis: Atlantea

Description
Europa Universalis: Atlantea is a modding project adding an entirely new continent to EU4 with over 500 new provinces, more than half the total number in Europe. In addition, EU: Atlantea adds over 140 new nations on the continent, 8 of which have full mission trees and unique idea sets. The continent features a wide variety of terrain features, with mountain ranges, valleys, rivers, lakes, forests and plains. The people of the continent are divided between 6 origins: Celts, Latins, Goths, Norse, Arabs, and Berbers, with a total of 9 culture groups and 41 cultures. The continent is also torn between 3 major religions: Catholicism in the East and Center, Islam in the South, and the schismatic Pelagian Church in the West.

Please note that this is the first public build, so you may encounter some minor bugs while playing. If you would like to report a bug, please join the discord, with the link below. A coming update in early October will hopefully fix any significant issues.

Terra Atlantica in 1444 A.D.
As Terra Atlantica emerges from the Middle Ages, the continent is rife with internal struggles and division. In Atlantea, the old Kingdom of Adzuchea has been weakened by decentralization and separatism, while further inland, the rival successors of the Chiazarian Kingdom, Cazuvaiz and Zacravaiz, are stuck in continuous conflict. In Amazicia, the Qadirid Caliphs have suffered steep decline and rule in name only, while the Shia Albaqarid Qelts offer a challenge to the throne. In Transdorsea, the Vinthorandan realm is torn apart by civil war, and in the great plains, the Lethanean Empire has broken apart entirely. Across the Casean mountains, in the Occidens, Morcenthir has established themselves as the masters of the West, but their High King is old and ailing, and his imminent death will shake the region. Across the continent, struggle is the rule of the day.

Visthoranda is way too strong. why would i want to play on an island where a nation has a larger army than france and the ottomons, combined, in only the year 1478? I really like the mod but its frustrating just how quickly visthoranda grows to your borders (i played the left blue kingdom - misthernes or something). i reallyyyy liked the country i was playing so its a shame i didnt get to play a proper runthrough when visthoranda crossed the continent before the end od the first century

One of vinthoranda's missions requires you to have 3 cardinals, but you can only get cardinals as a nation in europe, might wanna change that

I cant even get the mod to work I have it as my only mod and it wont show on the map what am I doing wrong. I ussally never have any problems with mods

Hii !

You did a great job here. Honestly, I just started but a full continent like Atlantea is really awesome, I would suggest some ideas (If it's not already implemented in the game or in your todo list)

- Maybe some more missions, but I think that's already on your watch so I could only suggest some missions that focus on Diplomacy with the "Old world", like trying to influence the HRE or else. Or the opposite, something like "Invade the Old World"

- Some more government reform that could lead to many more functionalities, like the Governmen Expanded mod from the Expanded family mods. And that could also help to give some nations a different start.

- I still don't know if there's a End game tag that Unite all of Atlantea into a single nation, but if not then that could be something great and an already big objective to accomplish.

I'll follow your mod and stay on alert for the updates. For now, I have a new continent to conquer and an old one to keep in check.

Took a look and it is a neat mod, main thing I'd like to see added is formables (you can do it on a region basis or cultural union one) alongside maybe more religions (there definitely should be a unique protestant religion at the very least here, cause the continent is so far from where Reform/Protestant spawn that they'll likely never get it otherwise).

Oh and for the mission trees, instead of giving me claims on every province individually, it would be easier to read the mission rewards if the claims were area or region based. Individual province claims is more for when you want a specific province to be claimed and not it's surrounding provinces. As is, those missions that rewards claims are kinda unreadable since it goes off-screen.
