Raptor Hunters + Roaming Skinners

Skinning River Raptors along the Wend... a great way to make money. Now NPCs do it. Although the Holy Nation's military does raptor control, the Holy Farmers are also taking matters into their own hands.

Raptor Hunters, who are under the HN/Flotsam/HN outlaw faction depending on who controls Blister Hill, will patrol Okran's Pride and attack disgusting raptors.

Also adds Raptor Skinners, who can be found in the Pride or Skinner's Roam. They sell animals skins, and rarely animal teeth/claws or leather. They have their own unique dialog.
