Quasi Star

Description
Adds a quasi star to the game

Search "Quasi Star" or "Black Hole Star"

Note: If it's appearing quite oblate, then it's a problem I'm unable to fix. I tried to reduce it's oblateness and making it's rotation period really high but that doesn't seem to fix it

Quasi stars are also as bright as a single galaxy alone

Quasi stars are stupidly huge, and yes those are galaxies in the background

Connor.IO, yeah but Quasi Star's are theoretical objects, so we can't just say outright that they weren't able to rotate, we don't have the evidence that they were able or not.
