Description
Fixes for the Exaltation of Pain Tenet

Small fix to allign the effects with the tenet's description
  • Properly applies the reduced stress gain when being tortured
  • Allows adherents to take the flagellant decision without needing the trait

Additionally
  • Adherents cannot gain the lunatic trait when tortured
  • The flagellant decision grants piety if the faith has the self-mutilation parameter
  • Tweaks the piety gain check when torturing, so that it checks for the parameter instead of the tenet
