Male only Inheritance

Description
The MOD will take effect after running for about one month from the start of the game.

Features:
1.Forces all AIs to adopt male-only inheritance, while leaving players unaffected.
2.Adds a decision for players, allowing them to decide whether to switch to male-only inheritance.

It should be compatible with all MODs.

Hey can you make a version where it forces the AI to switch to female only inheritance as well? As well as female preference inheritance? Thanks!

new realms lose like 2000 prestige switching to male-only for some reason, this causes many AI to be wandering around with -1800 prestige or what have you

只能通过决议修改自己的继承性别法，AI还是默认，是我漏了什么设置吗？
