Skalla's War and Conquest Redux

Skalla's War and Conquest was one of my favorite mods back in the early days of my CK3 journey. 2 years later I decided to revive this mod. TBH it's kind of disappointed since there are so many experimental contents in this mod, just like when you realize the games you loved as a kid aren’t actually that fun.

Considering that this mod was released before the introduction of the Conqueror mechanic, and now we can rely more on that feature, I’ve removed most of the experimental content—some of which never even worked in the first place, including certain rules and modifiers.

The following features are preserved:
1. Unlock Fabricate Claims for merely all AI rulers (in vanilla ai must be considered as greedy)
2. Remove Internal War Cooldown for AI, so they can wage war continuously just like players

Overall, the mod is now more lightweight and compatible. Like I said, most of the heavy lifting can be left to the Conqueror system—we just need to tweak the ordinary AI to be a bit more proactive (Unless you enjoy seeing messy, chewed-up-looking de jure borders, I don’t think that really fits well with the vanilla game.).
