Improved AI Garbage Truck Textures and Spawns

Description
This mod re-textures the Mack R-Series garbage trucks, replacing the generic vanilla waste management logos with lore friendly in game and fictional companies.
The mod also improves the spawning of both the Mack and Autocar garbage trucks in traffic. In addition to spawning in cities like in the vanilla game, these trucks now also have a rare chance of spawning anywhere on the map that heavy truck classed vehicles are allowed to spawn.


Liveries Included:

WDS (Waste Disposal Systems)
MWM (Municipal Waste Management)
NRI (Neilson Recycling Industries)
AWM (Unchanged from vanilla game)

@Jerry One 96 I would like to, but I currently don't have templates for creating new skins for the Mack R-Series. I was able to make this mod by replacing the preexisting generic SCS liveries with ones I created.

@Femboy Enthusiast, there's currently no template for it, I just put the logos overtop the original garbage truck textures

Thank you for the support everyone, I appreciate it.

@soares37 The trucks should mainly appear in cities, but there is a rare chance that they can also spawn in rural areas. If it seems that they are spawning too infrequently I can try increasing their spawn rate, but I don't want to increase it too much so they stay rare in the countryside
